General Meetings occur three times per year, May, August and November, on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00am.
“2nd Tuesday Socials” are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am, when there is no General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting is held each February.
The May General Meeting will be held at the Cottesloe Civic Center. Details are available in the March & April newsletters!

Book Club – First Thursday of each month at 10:30am
The AWC Book Club meets at the home of a member to discuss the book of the month, then proceeds to a local restaurant for lunch. The book for March is The Thursday Murder Club, by Richard Osman. For more details, please check your newsletter, or use the members’ password to view the Book Club Home Page by clicking the button below. Hope to see you soon!

Bible Study – Mondays at 10:00am

The Bible Study group meets weekly, except during school holidays, at the home of the study leader, every Monday from 10am-noon. For more information, please contact Karen Slavinsky, kslavinsky@gmail.com
If you are interested in digging into the Word of God, a group meets every Monday. The study starts with a review of the week’s workbook lesson, followed by a video teaching, closing with a discussion of how this teaching applies to our daily lives. The group is comprised of culturally diverse women who are at different levels in their Christian Walk and in different life stages. Come join this warm and welcoming group of women who desire to have a closer relationship with God!

LaW (Lunch & Wine)

The next LaW event will be announced. Recently, members enjoyed High Tea at “Stewart’s”, in the lovely Swan Valley. For details, please check the newsletter or express interest using the RSVP button below.

Coffee Mix & Mingle

The next coffee morning will be announced! Check your newsletter.

Quilting & Crafting Group – Every 2nd Friday

The AWC Quilting Club is a great way to turn fellow members into precious, dear friends, while stitching the hours away. Meeting dates are usually each 2nd Friday, commencing at 12:30pm. Venue to be advised.
Other crafters who knit, crochet, cross-stitch, hand embroider, are “welcome” to attend. Bring along your small craft project and join in on the fun. If you want to learn the skill of English Paper Piecing, our master quilter Karrina Mitchell will guide you with the patience, as she did for most of the participants! Check the March newsletter for more details!

Volunteers Group – Times and dates vary

This group of avid volunteers gets together to do group projects as they present themselves, and also has its own page to share individual and group volunteer opportunities. Under the direction of Denise Mosley, we will be assembling toiletry bags to give to the homeless and needy at Christmas.
In July, twelve of our member volunteers prepared sandwiches for the homeless at “Perth Homeless Support Group”. Other past projects have been preparing afternoon tea for the patients and their families at “Ronald McDonald House” and collecting gently used professional attire to give to the “Dress for Success” Initiative. AWC Members can visit the Volunteer page, check the newsletter for more information, or contact Denise Mosley on denmosley@hotmail.com

Longtimers’ Group – next meeting will be announced soon!

This group helps to bring together club members who have “remained, endured, persisted, and survived” life in Perth!

Lunch in the past has been held at Mama Mahoney’s!

7 Bonner Drive, Malaga Markets, Malaga
